Novilinguists’ core business is translation, software localization and independent reviews for select customers carried out through our translation and in-house Quality Assurance departments. We also provide post-editing of machine translation processed files on request. The company develops and strengthens its position on the global market because it focuses on what it knows best: localization services for Information Technologies, Videogame Industry, Medical Sciences and Marketing Communication. To ensure the best possible output, the company works with skilled local language professionals to provide authentic localization and cultural adaptation of the content so that a ‘whole culture’ experience is re-created for the user. We have an in-house Quality Assurance (QA) department to provide the highest output possible. Our company works closely with a strong base of translation specialists and reviewers to serve the tailored needs of our customers.

An analysis of the current market situation allows certain global trends to be anticipated which Novilinguists intends to highlight in an attempt to help clients find their way through the delicate process of internationalizing their business, in terms of language and communication, on various levels. Novilinguists' objective is to encourage customers to explore their needs and to offer them targeted translation services and strategic consultancy.

•    Companies are increasingly aiming to offer products and services on a global scale, meaning that they require a very precise localization plan which includes translation plus cultural and linguistic adaptation of promotional and corporate content. This strategic action guarantees global brand positioning and the management of “local” communication problems associated with products and services offered to an increasingly complex multicultural target.

•    Software houses and companies developing applications or services with a high tech content have to provide for localization in order to promote the marketing of their products internationally and facilitate post sales support in overseas markets.

•    A market that is strongly globalized and interconnected requires the translation of agreements and contracts and the management of hyper-specialized content for the purpose of establishing cooperation and facilitating business communication with subsidiaries, partners, investors and potential customers located in different geographical areas.

•    Companies operating in the international market require increasingly diversified consultancy services that allow the various aspects of internationalization to be understood in linguistic, intercultural, regulatory, legal, fiscal and managerial terms, so that changes can be integrated on all levels.

In order to offer such complex global services Novilinguists has decided to totally redesign its business model creating a 'lean organization' or "Enterprise 2.0" which works with a Total Quality Management approach. This is attained through a hybrid system where internal staff and external international consultants or partner companies coach the client company in the delicate transition phase towards internationalization. Software applications like Globalization Management Systems (GMS) can be adopted to allow collective collaboration among the different players working within the value chain.
